Sport is thriving at Sacred Heart School!

Boys and girls achieve a high level of skill under the excellent direction of our specialist games teacher.

From the Foundation Stage, carefully planned activities enable the children to improve co-ordination and proficiency in basic skills which are transferred into games situations as they progress through the school. 

We play matches regularly against other schools in the area and we enter teams in festivals and competitions locally and further afield as members of the ISA.

For the first time this year 3 of our cross country runners were selected for the ISA National Cross Country Finals in Warwickshire, following on from the success of our Rugby team who came home with runners-up medals from the London South East Rugby Competition.

As a small school, often competing against much larger schools, we are particularly proud of our record.

The P.E. curriculum is extended through a varied range of lunch time and after-school clubs and activities.
