On Wednesday 15th January Sacred Heart hosted a chess match between ourselves and Mayfield Primary, our team was made up of Monty (Y6), Oliver (Y6), Alfred (Y5) and Hugo (Y6). The match consisted of three rounds of four games, with each member of the team playing three games. Our team performed very well, with every player winning at least two of their games. The final score was Sacred Heart 9 points, Mayfield 3 points.
