Children in Nursery have loved the beautiful sunshine this week, spending lots of time outside in the nursery garden. With our theme of Growing, we listened to Jasper’s Beanstalk and planted our own beans. We learnt that they need sunshine and water to grow. We measured beanstalks with loose parts using the language ‘long, short, tall, tiny and giant’. We had great fun in the mud kitchen and have been on lots of bug hunts. In some quiet time, we painted pictures of beautiful apple blossom. Another busy week in Nursery!
